Privacy
This page explains what data this site handles and where it goes. It's a personal site, so there isn't much — but a couple of features do process data, and it's worth being clear about them.
The AI idea widget
The interactive widgets in the stress-testing article send the text you type to an AI model (OpenAI). The request goes through my own MLflow server, which acts as a gateway, and the interaction — your input and the model's reply — is recorded as a trace in that server so I can review how the demo behaves and debug it.
Because those traces are stored, please don't enter sensitive or personal information in the widget. Treat anything you type there as if it were public.
The contact form
When you use the contact form, the name, email, subject and message you enter are sent to me by email (through my email provider, Namecheap) so I can reply. They aren't stored on the site itself; they live in my mailbox.
Analytics
This site may use analytics to understand which pages are read — Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible, depending on how it's configured. Plausible is cookieless; Google Analytics may set cookies. If you block cookies or use a tracker blocker, the site still works.
Who is responsible
This site is run by Manuel Gil (Zipaquirá, Colombia). For any question about your data — including a request to delete a stored trace or a contact message — email manuelgilsitio@gmail.com.
How long data is kept
I keep AI traces only as long as they're useful for evaluating and improving the demo, and contact emails only as long as needed to handle the conversation. You can ask me to delete either at any time using the email above.
If this policy changes, I'll update this page.
